S.O. 1199 (E). - In exercise of the
powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 8 read with Sub-section (1) of
Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government
hereby appoints Shri Vinod K. Dhall as Member of the Competition Commission of
India for a period of five years from the date on which he enters upon his
office or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is
earlier.
