NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 31.03. 2003

S.O. 340(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of Section 1 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st March, 2003, as the date on which the following sections of the said Act, shall come into force, namely:-

(1) Section 1;
(2) Clause (d), (g), (j), (k), (l) and (n) of Section 2;
(3) Section 8;
(4) Section 9;
(5) Section 10;
(6) Section 14;
(7) Section 16;
(8) Section 17;
(9) Sub-section (1) of Section 63; and
(10) Clauses (a), (b), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of Sub-section (2) of Section 63.
